01 / The brotherhood

Strong men.
Stronger together.

Elev8Men began with 2 men at a table at 6 AM. A commitment to show up, get honest, and do the work that growth requires.

Founded by Nick Zeller in May 2022, we are a brotherhood of men who take ownership, challenge passivity, and call each other higher.

We live out our faith through discipline, servant leadership, and real connection. Every Wednesday, we make room to reflect, sharpen our focus, and build lives that matter.

Read our storyHow 2 men around a table became a brotherhood.

Elev8Men was founded by Nick Zeller in May 2022 in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, out of a desire to build something men could actually count on.

It started with 2 men around a table at 6AM, committed to showing up early, staying grounded, and doing the hard internal work.

No fluff.

No performance.

Just presence.

Over time, that table became a brotherhood. We are not a Bible study. We are not a popularity contest.

We are a group of men who take ownership, challenge passivity, and call each other higher. We believe in showing up on time, locking in, and creating a space where real growth can happen. Every Wednesday, we meet to sharpen our focus, reflect with intention, and pursue lives that matter.

This is a space for men who are done pretending. A place where discipline, faith, and identity are built in the quiet and consistent grind of showing up.

What started small has become something solid.

If you are ready to grow, if you are ready to get real, there is a seat at the table.

6 AM

One table. One hour.
A commitment to show up.

Built on something solid

01Our mission & purposeElevating men through faith, servant leadership, and brotherhood.

Know God.

Live on purpose.

Go change the world.

Let’s connectA short conversation to get connected before your first visit.

Before you step into the room, we take time for a short conversation.

This is not a screening. It is a connection.

A chance for you to share where you are in life, ask questions, and get a feel for what this group is really about. It also gives us a chance to make sure this is the right fit.

Elev8Men is not a casual drop-in group. We protect the space, the culture, and the men inside it. Every man who joins us brings energy, mindset, and story into the room.

That matters.

This conversation is about respect.

It is about clarity. And it is about trust. We want to make sure that when you walk through the door, you are ready to grow, ready to show up, and ready to honor the men who are doing the same.

Brotherhood is built on trust. That trust begins here.

Make the choice

Visit 3 times. Then choose your commitment and make your declaration.

The declarationWhat making your commitment to the brotherhood means.

Making It Official

After 3 visits, it is time to make it official.

We ask every man to make a declaration in front of the group.

It is not a performance. It is a moment of ownership.

When a man declares, he is choosing to show up with intention and integrity. He is saying, “I am here. I am all in. I will honor this brotherhood.”

We have an honor code. We do not fake it. We do not play small. We tell the truth, we give our best, and we challenge each other to grow. When a man is not showing up, dragging others down, or refusing to grow, it is felt.

Men can smell the lack of integrity. This is not a group for spectators. It is a group for builders. Men here share real thoughts and real struggles.

We show honor by showing up. When you are missing, it sends a message that the stories of other men do not matter. But when you are present, focused, and engaged, it builds something sacred. And that is the kind of man we are becoming.

03 / How we show up

Honor the room.
Honor the men.

Trust is built through consistency. These are the commitments that protect the space and make honest growth possible.

Three visits. One choice.

Attend 3 gatherings with no pressure to commit. Then decide whether this brotherhood is for you. If it is, make your declaration.

Understand the commitmentVisit 3 times, then decide whether to commit.

Before you walk into Elev8Men, we want you to know what you are stepping into.

This is not a Bible study. It is a men’s group.

We do not just sit in circles and talk about Scripture. We challenge each other to live it.

We operate on a 3 visit rhythm. You are invited to attend 3 gatherings with no pressure to commit. Use those visits to get a feel for the brotherhood, the culture, and the kind of growth we pursue.

After your third visit, we ask you to make a decision. Either the group is for you or not. If yes, you do a declaration.

This is a personal choice to commit. Not to religion, but to your transformation. Not to showing up perfect, but to showing up real. When you declare, you are saying you will honor the men in the group by being consistent, present, and willing to grow.

You are not just building yourself. You are helping build others. You are not obligated. You are invited. But growth takes intention.

So ask yourself… will you just visit, or will you step in?

Be on time. 6 AM means 6 AM.Arrive early so the group can start and finish together.

Why We Show Up at 6AM Sharp

We meet at 6AM for a reason.

Not 6:05.

Not whenever you roll in. We show up on time because it is an act of honor.

This group is one hour long. That is it. 60 minutes to reset, reflect, grow, and sharpen one another.

When we are late, we miss part of that.

But more than that, we send a message. We are saying our time matters more than the group’s. But in Elev8Men, we flip that. We believe honoring the room means being in the room on time. It is not about perfection. It is about presence.

Discipline builds trust. And trust builds brotherhood.

EVERY man in this circle woke up early.

EVERY man made the effort.

So we start together.

We end together. One hour. Fully present. Fully engaged.

That is what we signed up for. That is how we lead ourselves. If you want to grow, show up early, ready, and focused. It matters more than you think.

Bring a journal and pen.Capture what matters and make room for reflection.

Why We Bring a Journal

Every Wednesday we bring a journal. Not to check a box, but to sharpen how we show up. We journal because we want to listen better. We want to reflect, not just react.

Writing things down helps a man hear what is being said, but also what God might be speaking to him personally.

A journal is more than a notebook. It is a mirror. It helps us see patterns, recognize where we are stuck, and celebrate where we are growing.

When we write, we process. When we process, we gain clarity. When we gain clarity, we change.

A journal allows us to wrestle with ideas, capture truth, and slow down long enough to ask better questions. It helps us return to things later and stay grounded in what matters.

We use it for our group takeaways and our personal breakthroughs. Bringing a journal is a sign of intention. Men who grow are men who reflect. So we bring the journal because we are here to grow.

Leave politics at the door.Keep the focus on faith, purpose, and the men in the room.

In Elev8Men, we protect the space.

That means we do NOT talk politics.

Not because we are afraid of disagreement, but because politics creates a fog.

It pulls focus away from what matters most and places labels on men before their story has even been heard.

The moment we assign assumptions, we stop seeing who a man is becoming.

We stop hearing how the Holy Spirit is working inside him.

Our mission is to elevate men through spiritual growth, self-mastery, accountability, and brotherhood.

Politics divides. We unify.

The goal is not to win arguments. The goal is to win back identity, purpose, clarity, and connection.

Our growth depends on trust. Trust requires safety. And safety begins with removing distractions that distort how we see each other.

We are here to strip off the masks, not put new ones on. So we leave politics at the door… and keep the fire centered on faith, truth, and transformation.

Show up real. This is a judgment-free zone.Bring honesty and openness, wherever you are in life.

Elev8Men is not a place for masks. It is not a place for pretending. This is a judgment free zone where men can show up exactly as they are.

Wounded.

Tired.

In transition.

Unsure.

Searching.

Here, no man is judged for where he has been.

We believe vulnerability is not weakness. It is strength. It is the starting point of growth.

When a man speaks honestly, we honor it. We protect it. We do not try to fix each other.

We listen.

We show up.

We carry burdens together.

In this group, a man does not have to perform. He does not have to prove anything. He just needs to be real. That honesty builds trust. That trust builds brotherhood. And that brotherhood helps men become who they were created to be.

Freedom begins when the pressure to impress is removed.

Growth begins when the truth is spoken.

Come as you are. You are not alone. You are not beyond restoration. This is a safe place for men to get real, get known, and get better.

Honor confidentiality.Protect each man’s voice, story, and trust.

This group is built on trust. And trust only grows where confidentiality is honored.

What is shared in this room stays in this room.

No retelling stories.

No casual mentions to outsiders.

No screenshots or summaries shared later.

We protect each man’s voice, story, and struggle. Vulnerability takes courage. And when a man opens up, he is not giving you information. He is giving you a part of himself. We do not take that lightly.

The moment a man questions whether what he shares is safe, the connection is broken. We cannot grow without truth. And we cannot tell the truth without safety.

So we guard this space. We do not gossip. We do not compare. We do not betray. If you hear it here, you leave it here. If it is not your story, it is not yours to share.

This is how we build a room where men can finally breathe, speak, and heal. Trust is earned. And trust is protected.

Always.

Listen. Do not fix.Give a man space to be heard before offering advice.

Listen, Do Not Fix

When a man shares, your job is not to fix him. It is to hear him. Most of us spend our lives being interrupted, corrected, or talked over.

This space is different.

We listen first.

Fully.

Without rushing to give advice.

Sometimes a man just needs to say it out loud. Sometimes what he needs most is not a solution, but a brother who will sit in it with him. When we jump in too fast, we can rob a man of his own clarity. He may not need your fix. He may just need your presence.

Listening is not passive. It is powerful. It shows respect. It builds trust. It creates space for the Holy Spirit to speak.

So hold the silence. Let him finish. Ask questions if needed, but stay grounded. We do not rescue. We do not preach. We hold space. We listen like it matters, because it does.

Men heal through truth. And truth flows when a man feels safe enough to say what is real.

Listen well. It is one of the strongest things you can do.

Take extreme ownership.Own your thoughts, choices, actions, and growth.

Extreme Ownership

In this group, we do not blame.

We do not excuse.

We take ownership.

Every man is responsible for his thoughts, emotions, and actions. That is where real growth begins.

Life will test you.

People will disappoint you.

But how you respond is always your choice.

Extreme ownership means you stop waiting for someone else to fix it. You stop pointing fingers. You stop playing the victim. You look in the mirror and say, “This starts with me.” That mindset builds leaders. It builds husbands who lead with strength. Fathers who stay steady. Men who take action instead of retreating.

When you own your patterns, you can change them. When you own your attitude, you can shift it. When you own your story, you can rewrite the ending.

This is not about shame. It is about power. And your power begins the moment you decide to lead yourself.

No more excuses.

No more hiding.

Take ownership.

All of it.

That is how you level up.

Missing a Wednesday? Tell Nick directly.Send a brief message directly to Nick when you cannot attend.

When You Need to Miss a Wednesday

We get it. Life happens. Work trips, family needs, sickness, or fatigue can pull a man out. But in Elev8Men, how we handle our absence matters.

Moving forward, if you are going to miss a Wednesday, send a quick message DIRECTLY TO NICK instead of posting in the group chat. That simple act honors the space, the time, and the men who show up. Nick will pass it on to leadership so we can stay connected and support you if needed.

This is not about guilt.

It is about respect.

It is about honor.

Honor is a code.

Men are sharing real stories and real struggles every week. When you miss without communicating, it sends a message.

When you check in with intention, it shows that you still value the mission and the men.

We do not need long explanations. We just ask that you lead yourself well. This group is built on consistency, presence, and growth. And sometimes, how you show up in your absence matters just as much as when you are in the room.

05 / Men who walk with you

Leadership starts
with leading yourself.

Nick Zeller is a father, leader, and coach who founded Elev8Men out of a desire to give men structure, brotherhood, and a place to be honest.

He believes real leadership begins with self-mastery. He walks that path alongside the men of Elev8Men every week.

Meet Nick ZellerMeet the founder and the purpose behind Elev8Men.

Nick Zeller is a father, leader, and coach who knows what it means to rebuild when life breaks down.

After walking through two divorces and confronting deep patterns in his mindset, faith, and relationships, he chose to stop drifting and start leading himself. He realized that most men lacked structure, brotherhood, and a space to get honest without fear of being judged.

In May 2022, Nick founded Elev8Men in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

It began with two men at a table at 6AM, showing up with journals, scripture, and a commitment to do the internal work most men avoid.

Nick believes that real leadership starts with self mastery. If a man cannot lead himself, he will struggle to lead his family, his work, or his future with strength. Elev8Men was built to change that.

It is not a class. It is a proving ground for faith, identity, discipline, and legacy. Nick continues to lead from the front. He does not just challenge men to grow. He walks that path with them every week.
